Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors to operate our business. These include our CRM platform (GoHighLevel), website hosting, email communication tools, scheduling software, and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and analyze Site performance. These may include:

  • Essential Cookies — required for basic Site functionality
  • Analytics Cookies — help us understand how visitors interact with our Site (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Performance Pixels — SEO and performance monitoring tools that track organic search activity and page engagement
  • CRM Tracking Pixels — GoHighLevel tracking used to attribute inbound leads and monitor funnel performance for our clients' subaccounts

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain Site functionality. You may also opt out of Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

05

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. Specifically:

  • Prospect inquiries — retained in our CRM unless you request removal
  • Active client records — retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for contractual and legal purposes
  • Site analytics data — typically retained per the vendor's standard retention schedule (e.g., 26 months for Google Analytics)
  • Communications — email and call records retained for business continuity and service quality purposes

When information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data management practices.

06

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our service providers are selected in part based on their security practices and compliance certifications.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 11.
